Do I need to create a profile for the manager to view a candidate's interview?

There are three ways you can share interview links and candidate profiles with a manager, without requiring them to log in to the platform. All options are available through the three-dot icon (⋯). 

1. Send by email:
   Simply enter the manager’s email address, and they will receive the interview directly in their inbox.

2. Direct link:
Copy the link and share it with the manager via WhatsApp, Email, Intranet, Workplace, or any internal communication channel used by your company.

3. Forward to Manager / Evaluation List:
With this option, you can send multiple candidates at once. The manager will receive an email notification with a list of candidates to review. A secure access code is sent along with the link, allowing them to access the platform without logging in. They’ll be able to watch video interviews, view candidate profiles, and resumes.

With these links, the manager can:

• Watch the recorded interview

• Visit the candidate's profile

• Leave comments/feedback on the candidate

• Rate the performance (0 to 5 – optional)

Please note: It is the manager’s and company’s responsibility to maintain confidentiality of all received materials.
