What are the possibilities for job openings and how does each work?

The job posting display options are:

• Open – Your job will be visible on the Jobecam Job Portal for all talents to access.

• Confidential – Your company name will be hidden; only the job details will be available to talents.

• Restricted – Only talents invited by you through the shared link will be able to view the job.

• Internal – Limits visibility to people within your company only. The job will not be promoted on the Job Portal.

• Anonymous Interview – This option hides all personal and social information of the talents during the selection process.

• Anonymous Resume – This option allows you to generate an anonymous resume for the talent.

• Request Full Profile – Enable this option if you want the talent to complete all registration fields (e.g., experience, education).
