I forgot my password. And now?

If you forgot your password:

Click on “Forgot your password?” Under the login and password field;

Add your registration email in the field indicated;
Click on the “Request Password Reset” button
An email with a link will be sent to your inbox for you to change your password.

Note:

Be careful if you are entering all the correct characters and / or if there was some space when entering the password.

See the password criteria:

At least 1 lowercase letter.
At least 1 capital letter.
At least 1 number.
At least 8 characters.
At least 1 special character. Ex .:! ,? . @ #
It cannot contain strings. Ex .: 123, abc
