Do I need to create a profile for the manager to view a candidate's interview?

No. Once the interview link is shared with the manager, it will be available for viewing for 7 days. See below the formats for sharing with the manager:
By email: Just add the manager's email address and he will receive the interview in your inbox.

Direct link: Copy the link and send it directly to the manager via Whatsapp, E-mail, Intranet, Workplace or any other internal communication channel used by the company.

With this link the manager can:
View the recorded interview;
Visit the candidate's profile;
Make a comment / feedback with your impressions about the candidate;
Give a score of 0 to 5 for your performance (optional).
Remembering that it is the responsibility of the manager and the company to keep the material received confidential.
