Yes, it is possible to give the candidate a second chance.
Next to the “Approve” and “Disapprove” button, you will have the option “New Chance To Record”.
Clicking this button allows the candidate to answer his questions again.
The candidate will receive an alert that a new chance has been given and will be released to record.
